1. Orders & Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, and card payments
- Orders are confirmed once payment is verified or COD is accepted
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability
2. Shipping Policy
- Free delivery on all orders above ₹999
- Standard delivery: 3-7 business days within Andhra Pradesh
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier partner
- We currently ship across India
3. Returns & Exchanges
- 7-day return window from the date of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
- Return shipping is borne by the customer (except for defective/wrong items)
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the return
- Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, items may have already been processed for dispatch. Contact us on WhatsApp for cancellation requests.
